Texarkana Arkansas Police Investigating Early Morning Homicide
TAPD is investigating what at first was a one-car accident that quickly turned into a homicide case early this morning.
According to the Texarkana Arkansas press release:
On Sunday, November 26th, 2017, at approximately 3:30AM, Texarkana Arkansas Police responded to the 900 block of Linden Avenue in reference to a reported crashed vehicle. Upon arrival, TAPD Officers located a Chevrolet Colorado in a small vacant lot crashed into a tree. Inside the vehicle was one individual, who was identified as Jarrod Klein, 27 years of age of Texarkana, Texas was deceased. Initial investigation revealed Klein suffered several stab wounds. Klein’s body has been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for autopsy.
TAPD Criminal Investigation Division is currently working diligently to develop suspect information.
