Texarkana Police Investigating Robbery at Local Business

The Texarkana Texas Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred at the Check Into Cash business, located in the 2800 block of New Boston Road.

Officers were dispatched to the report of a robbery at the business at 1:50 on Friday afternoon. The store manager said that a young man entered the business and made general inquiries about taking out a loan. The man left and returned about ten minutes later. He produced a knife and demanded money from the register. The suspect then fled on foot westbound on New Boston Road with an undisclosed amount of money.

He is described as a short thin black male, who is believed to be between 18 – 24 years old. He was wearing black pants, black shirt, and a camouflage bucket hat.
