Texas Musician Robert Earl Keen to Perform in Texarkana June 3

It's going to be a great summer at Scottie's Grill in Texarkana. Texas singer/songwriter Robert Earl Keen takes to the outdoor stage on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 7:30PM.

Keen who is a household name throughout the state of Texas has been performing for decades in some of the best Texas dance halls, bars, festivals, and all across the U.S.

In 1984 Robert Earl Keen. released his debut album No Kinda Dancer and has recorded 18-full length albums for both independent and major record labels. Raised in the Texas Hill country Keen has had numerous songs recorded by artists like George Strait, Dixie Chicks, Lyle Lovett, an Joe Ely to name a few.

Keen is so well known and revered in the Lone Star state that he was inducted into the Texas Heritage Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2012. His latest single "Shades of Gray" originally appeared on his 1997 album Picnic. The song is included on his current album Live Dinner Reunion featuring 20 of the biggest Robert Earl Keen collaborations with artist like Cory Morrow, Joe Ely, Cody Canada, Lyle Lovett his college roommate and many more.
