The Fidget Spinner’s Popularity Has Dropped – But Have You Seen The Big One These College Guys Built? [VIDEO]

A few weeks ago you could hardly find one of these silly little pocket toys anywhere, every store was sold out and waiting for more to come in. My how things can change so quickly. The last few days or so I have been seeing these things everywhere. Not kids playing with them mind you, but counter displays loaded with them and store owners and managers hoping they will sell them out and not get any more in. They were fun while they lasted but from what I hear the fidget spinner fad is done. Then, there's these guys.

Leave it to college kids to create a project that just may be the largest fidget spinner in the world. The video above is how they did it, from engineering to completed project and many hijinks in between.
