Studies using psychosocial therapies are promising in the prevention of second heart attacks. Join Dr. Overton-McCoy as she talks through the issues of stress and your heart health.  She will also provide information on a new initiative to increase physical activity, Women Run Arkansas.  This is a statewide run/walk club promoting fitness through running or walking.
