Are you into Yoga? Well, the place to be this Saturday, June 8, is at Spring Lake Park beginning at 9AM.

Yoga in the Park brought to you by Texarkana Yoga gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy a Yoga session with Jasmine Bruce in the great outdoors. The yoga event will feature all skill levels, including beginners and ages 8 and up. A limited number of mats are available on a first come, first served basis. You're encouraged to bring your own mat just in case they run out.

Yoga is fast becoming more common for the healthy benefits it offers such as reducing high blood pressure, building confidence, reducing stress , by increasing strength Yoga relaxes the mind and can have an adverse affect on helping someone with systems of depression by helping restore their moods and overall well being.

Texarkana Yoga and 'Yoga In The Park' is raising awareness for stroke awareness and prevention by donating all proceeds to the American Heart Association and the National Stroke Association.
