A Unique Place to Eat in Downtown Texarkana

I finally had the chance to check out one of the coolest places to grab breakfast or lunch in Texarkana. The Flying Crow, you know the restaurant that is a real train car downtown?  

Talk about a totally unique place to eat! Yes, the Flying Crow is a real train car and it's decorated in a retro 1940's - 50's style. Walking into the restaurant don't be surprised if the little kid in you comes out. You'll want to check out the sleeper bunks at the back of the car and as you sit down to eat you can easily imagine yourself on a train ride.

My husband and I were meeting some friends that were passing through town this past Saturday, and we thought this would be the perfect place to check out. The food was delicious! My husband and our friends tried the breakfast omelet and it looked great! I met up with them after 10AM and since that's when breakfast ends, I was able to check out their lunch menu which had sandwiches and salads. I had the Twice as Nice Chicken Salad and it was wonderful!!

They've been open just a little over a month and I'm so happy to see something so fun and unique like this in Downtown Texarkana. Located at 305 East Front Street in  Texarkana, Arkansas.
