This is a great time for downtown Texarkana as it is coming back to life with all the new businesses, the remodeling of buildings, landscaping and infrastructure improvements.  It's a wonderful thing to see and be a part of and the city wants to see what a revitalized downtown could look like through the eyes of its community.

You can submit your renditions between September 1 to November 3. You can drop off your submissions at the Texas City Hall front desk, located at 220 Texas Blvd in Texarkana Texas during normal business hours.
