Have you ever been traveling down the highway and run across some quirky roadside attraction that makes you wonder what in the heck the town was thinking when they decided to put that there?

Texas's Wildest One-Way Mirrored Glass Public Restroom

Most towns across the U.S. have that one roadside attraction people will drive for miles to see or to see out of. Just 90 minutes down I-30 West from Texarkana to Sulphur Springs, Texas, stands the most bizarre public restroom you have ever seen and the only one in America.

Made entirely of one-way mirrored glass, these glass restrooms allow the person using them to see out, but no one can see in from the inside. Thank goodness, or at least that's what they say.

See and Be Seen (But Not Really)

The unusual glass restrooms, constructed in 2012 for $54,000, were inspired by an art installation in London called "Don't Miss a Sec."  The all-glass restroom has everything a standard restroom has: a stainless steel toilet, a sink, and a roll of toilet paper, plus a panoramic view of the town square.

Imagine sitting on your throne, watching people pass by, taking pictures, not knowing you may be watching them from inside.

So, if you are ever in Sulphur Springs downtown and you feel the urge to go, the Glass restrooms are located at 100 Connally Street.
