If you have outstanding warrants this is your time of year to get things cleared up and begin a fresh start.

The Texarkana Arkansas District Court offers an Amnesty Program to help individuals clear outstanding warrants while saving money. If you have a warrant for your arrest, this is an opportunity to act now and avoid additional fees.

To take advantage of the program, visit the District Court at 100 N. State Line Avenue (1st floor, Bi-State Justice Building) in person to pay your fines in full. By doing so, your warrant will be lifted, and you’ll save $350 in additional fees. This program applies to Failure to Appear Warrants and Probation Violation Warrants.

If you are unable to pay in full, you can still address your warrant by appearing at the District Court, where you will be served, and a court date will be scheduled. Resolving your warrant through this program can also reinstate a suspended driver’s license, making it an excellent opportunity to get back on track.

The amnesty program is available until April 30, 2025, so don’t delay. For more information, contact the District Court Office at 903-798-3016 or 903-798-3017, or the Probation Office at 903-798-3241, 903-798-3243, or 903-798-3018.
