‘Taste of Texarkana’ Is Back In The Fall – Are Your Taste Buds Ready?
There are simply so many things to look forward to this time of year, cooler temperatures, football, the Holidays, friends and family, and when I saw this announcement a couple of days ago, a little tear rolled down my face. This Fall we get to return to one of my happy places... the "Taste of Texarkana" is coming back.
Another terrific event that got wiped out by the pandemic, the Taste of Texarkana, will be returning to the Four States Fair Entertainment Center on November 1, 2022. I know what you're thinking, that seems like a long way off, but it's really not. Just think, Halloween is a month and a half away, right after an all-hallows Monday, it will be Tuesday, November 1 and Bammo... here it is.
Restaurants, food trucks, catering services, and beverage companies, this is your night to shine and show off what you do.
People, this is our night to feast on amazing foods and drinks from around the area and help Harvest Regional Food Bank stock up to help feed families all over the Ark-La-Tex.
Harvest Regional Food Bank provides hunger relief for Bowie County, Texas, and Columbia, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Miller, Nevada, Pike, and Sevier Counties in Arkansas. The hunger relief programs include food banking, food rescue, the backpack program, mobile pantry, and emergency disaster assistance.
This event is a huge fundraiser for Harvest and ultimately helps a lot of people in our area.
