Amnesty on Warrants in Texarkana For a Limited Time

This is a great program offered only a couple of times a year. If you had a speeding ticket or a parking ticket and you failed to appear in court you might have a warrant out for your arrest. This is an easy way to take care of it and not have a warrant hanging over your head any longer.
How Does The Amnesty Program Work in Texarkana Arkansas If I Have a Warrant Out for My Arrest?
You can take advantage of the $350 savings. Here's how it works, If the Texarkana Arkansas District Court has a warrant for your arrest. all you need to do is go in person to the Bi-State Justice Building located at 100 North Stateline and go to the 1st Floor. There you will be able to make your payment in full.
Once you pay the warrant in full the warrant will be lifted and you won't be required to pay the additional $350.
What if You Can't Pay The Warrant in Full?
If you can not pay in full you will be served on the warrant and a court date will be set.
According to the TAPD,
This includes Failure To Appear Warrants and Probation Violation Warrants. If we have your drivers license suspended this will reinstate your license.
How Long is This Amnesty Program Available Through The Texarkana Arkansas District Court?
This Amnesty Program is available from now (January 3, 2024 until April 15, 2024.
