Texarkana’s Popular ‘Movies in The Park’ is Back

We've been waiting for the big announcement and now we have it. It's back! Texarkana's popular Movies in The Park at Spring Lake Park, located at 4303 North Park Road, and it all starts soon.

This free event by the Texarkana Texas Parks and Recreation Department is always a fun time for the whole family, so grab the popcorn and get ready for a great lineup of movies for the next few weeks.

All the movies will be shown across from the airplane on the stationary stage at Spring Lake Park.

Barbie - Thursday, May 30

If you grew up with Barbie no matter your age, you will love this movie. Even if you hated Barbie you will still love this movie. Starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling.

Wonka - Thursday, June 6

We've all seen Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory but how did it all begin? This movie is about Willy Wonka's initial struggle and eventual success. Staring Timothée Chalamet.

Luca - Thursday, June 13

This animated film is about a boy and his friend enjoying a summer of fun in the Italian Riviera. But, there is a secret that threatens the boys' fun. Luca is a sea monster from the ocean.

All these movies are free to see and will start at sunset, approximately 8:45 PM to 8:50 PM.
