Don’t Miss The World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Hot Springs, AR
It's hard to believe that it's already March. Now is the perfect time to make plans to be at the World's Shortest St. Partick's Day Parade that will take place in Hot Springs on March 17, but the celebration will continue on to Saturday, March 18.
If you've never been to this truly special and fun event then this year is a great time to check it out. The parade this year will kick off with Parade Starter actor Christopher McDonald who starred in great movies like Happy Gilmore, Thelma and Louise, and The Perfect Storm just to name a few.
The Grand Marchall for the parade is country artist and Arkansas native Justin Moore. Moore has had great hits with 'With A Woman You Love', 'Why We Drink', 'Til My Last Day', 'The Ones That Didn't Come Back Home' and more.
Just how short is the World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade? 98 feet that's how short and they will officially measure it before the parade gets started. It all takes place on the tiny street of Bridge Street in downtown Hot Springs. Oh, don't worry there is a long lineup of floats to see.
