Forklift Certification Training Courses Held at UAHT Hope Campus
Are you looking to get your forklift certification? Now is the time to sign up. There are forklift certification training courses scheduled throughout the rest of the year.
The forklift certification training classes will take place at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana from 8 AM to 2:30 PM at the Hope, Arkansas campus.
The courses will be held in the Technical & Industrial Building, room 160 and will take place every third Saturday of the Month except June and July.
Classes are limited to 15 students and are available on a first come first serve basis. The cost for the course is $80 per person.
Instructing the class will be Iry T. Rice who owns Rice Safety Consultants. This class will be compliant with OSHA specifications and will also provide a three-year certification.

If you are a forklift operator you are required be the Department of Labor to have an OSHA forklift certification. This certification is important as it helps increase workplace safety and productivity. It also lowers costs. Once you have completed the course successfully, you will be awarded a forklift operator card.
