Nothing Like Anywhere Else in Arkansas ‘GloWild’ is Back!
Spend the Christmas holidays with the animals at the Little Rock Zoo with several holiday events you and your family do not want to miss including GloWild!
GloWild 2023
The magical and mystical world of GloWild is back at the Little Rock Zoo now until January 7, 2024.
This one-of-a-kind interactive experience will delight kids and adults of all ages as you walk through the zoo you will amazed by huge dragons, gigantic birds, and all kinds of animals from mythical creatures big and small to the mighty and majestic ones displaying an array of beautiful colors fully lit and glowing throughout your journey.
This is one of the nation's largest interactive light festivals featuring 44 handcrafted silk-covered lanterns. There is nothing like it anywhere else in Arkansas or the region.
Big Dragon
The dragon is almost 100 feet long and two stories tall and is stunning to see up close, the detail and color are beautiful
In addition, kids are going to love the glowing swing sets and see-saws in the play area.
Sensory Night
All guests are welcome for Sensory Night-Thursday, December 7, 2023, where the event light and noise will be adjusted for sensory sensitivity
Breakfast With Santa
Santa is coming to the zoo for a holiday breakfast at Cafe Africa on Saturday, December 16, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Along with giving Santa your wish list, there will be other festive activities including a holiday craft session, photos with Santa, and a special visit from the zoo's animal ambassadors. I wonder if Rudolph will be there?
GloWild Gigantic Inflatable Snow Globe
On December 14-17 and December 19-23, GloWild will feature a Larger Than Light Inflatable Snow Globe that you can climb into to capture that perfect once-in-a-lifetime photograph. The cost will be $4 for entry and $4 per 2 minutes of snow globe fun.
