Budweiser Brewery Tour – More Fun Times In St Louis, MO

My wife doesn't drink beer at all and I'm only an occasional beer sipper, but if you go to St Louis, Missouri, you have to take the free Budweiser Brewery tour right? We did.

Seriously I don't drink alcohol much at all and beer is down the list a ways of my favorite beverages, but the Budweiser Brewery in St Louis is as much a historical landmark as anything else in the area and there are Clydesdales there you know. So once the fun at the Wizard World Comic Con was all done, off to the home of Bud, Bud Light, Michelob and many more we went.

The brewing process is fascinating, the Clydesdales are magnificent, the history of the brewery is very interesting as well. The part of the day I hadn't counted on was that most of the tour involved walking from building to building, outside, and it was windy. Did I mention my wife's hair was in an updo that day? She had done her hair a certain way to take a picture with Matt Smith that morning at the Comic Con, she doesn't normally wear her hair up like that and the whole "windy" thing never even crossed my mind, until we were there doing it.

She's a sport though huh?

Good thing she loves me.

The other crazy thing was we kept standing downwind from someone who must have bathed in Hai Karate aftershave or something, it was horrible! The scary part, we're not sure if it was a man or woman wearing it. Oh well, to each their own. Bleh!
