Texarkana's Solarbration Weekend is here! We've been talking about it and writing about it, now it's time to live it. Don't you dare say there's nothing to do this weekend? Pat Green kicks off the big events with his concert Friday night, the Texarkana Symphony plays the music of Pink Floyd Saturday night, plus a free concert on Monday at 1 PM in front of the Post Office downtown featuring the Emerald City Band.
